This also depends on location of property. Our single family houses do not include any utilities; tenants are responsible for all utilities at those locations. Water, sewage and trash are included for all apartments. Tenants are often responsible for gas & electric, as well as wifi, cable, etc.

Yes, if you are renting a single family home the driveway (if applicable) is included. Parking is extra and can cost $60-75 per spot per month, depending on location.

You need to set boundaries and rules with your roommate as soon as you move in. If you and your roommate are not getting along, you must first try and talk to your roommate about any issues you are having. If that doesn’t work, you will need to think about a subleasing situation. As the Landlord we can offer very little assistance with roommate disagreements, choose your prospective roommate(s) wisely!
Rent is paid monthly, due on the 1st of every month. We use Innago (rental property software) for our lease signing avenue and our rental payment portal. Rent can be paid through a checking account with an e-check or via credit/debit card (processing fees apply).
